General guide to the Shinnerz sizings: (however, there may be some variation due to the users build). Shinnerz are suitable for children and adults and are available in sizes ExSmall, Small, Medium and Adult and Adult Exlong. If your sizing requirements are smaller or larger than those shown in the sizing chart Shinnerz can make inner socks to your exact measurements. Please contact us.

Measure the height of your calf as illustrated (side of foot level with the bottom of your arch [not floor] up to level with the curved - just below your knee).

Small - 8-12 years: 34cm - 38cm

Medium - 13-14 years: 38cm - 42 cm

Adult - 40cm - 44cm

Adult Xlong - 42cm -46cm

If you think your calfs are very wide, we suggest going up a length size.We are happy to exchange any Shinnerz should you purchase the incorrect size - however we have found this rule of thumb to be very accurate.

If you purchase the incorrect size of Shinnerz - they may be exchanged for the correct size within 21 days - providing they are in new condition and have not been used.
