Delivery and Postage & Packing:
UK - First Class Royal Mail.
When items are in stock your order will be sent within 24 hours, making delivery between one and three working days for orders to mainland UK using 1st Class Royal Mail post.
If an item is “out of stock” you will be advised of the date when more stock is due before you place your order. If there is a further delay we will notify you by email or post. Your order will be dispatched and the out of stock items will follow.
Overseas Orders:
We can deliver to most countries outside the UK. Our website will calculate shipping costs for orders to international destinations automatically this may be subject to a surcharge at cost.
You may be required to pay import taxes/customs fees upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
Orders to under £135 are generally duty-free. For orders over £135, you may be charged custom fees upon delivery.
